Job Position for a:
A Trainee for IT Helpdesk/Customer Services
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team at, an established IT Company based in Burgess Hill and serving the whole of the southeast, to start your career in IT Support and Customer Service.
The ideal candidate will have a positive can do attitude, be customer focused, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and like to work as part of a team.
In exchange we will further your skills in IT 1st line support and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Logging customer enquiries
- Answering inbound calls
- Responding to general email enquiries
- Update and maintain database
- Collating information
Skills Required:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including excel
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Full UK Driver’s License

- Salary depending £8 - £10 / Hour (Will be different for Apprenticeships)
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm
